Ursula Grant is CBM UK’s Evidence and Advocacy Manager, promoting efforts to strengthen disability inclusion and rights‑based development. With over two decades of experience in multi‑disciplinary development research, policy engagement and practice, she specialises in intersectional poverty, inequality and inclusive governance. Across research, programme and advisory roles, Ursula has worked to translate evidence into impactful policy dialogue and organisational change, bridging research, learning and advocacy to ensure that inclusive development is grounded in robust evidence and the lived experience of marginalised communities.
