Tania Cheung is the Head of the Shifting the Power Programme at Comic Relief. She is a Steering Committee member for the Bond Working Group on Action for Locally Led Practice, and co-chair of the UK Funder Group on Locally-Led Development. She has worked on issues of local leadership, shifting power and system change for over 15 years. Her focus has spanned policy research, innovative programming, creative communications and advocacy in organisations including ODI Global, Start Network and community-led organisations in Myanmar and Thailand.
