Action for Differently Abled Children's Network Sierra Leone (ADACNET-SL)

Sovula Bockarie is a Sierra Leonean youth advocate, social worker, and community development professional based in Kenema, dedicated to advancing inclusion, empowerment, and equity for children, youth, women, and persons with disabilities.  As Co-Founder and Program Manager of the Action for Differently Abled Children’s Network Sierra Leone (ADACNET-SL), Sovula has led inclusive programs and coordinated the Sierra Leone Persons with Disabilities and Inclusion Summit, building partnerships across government, NGOs, and the private sector to expand disability advocacy nationally. As Global Youth Representative for Restless Development, he has represented young people in global decision-making spaces, including engaging world leaders in London on shifting power to youth, and coordinating national consultations that shaped a Call to Action around a 10-point plan for change.
