Dr Sherine El Taraboulsi-McCarthy is a senior executive, social scientist and systems change leader with over 20 years of experience across humanitarian action, international development and social policy. She is a Senior Research Associate at ODI Global and has held executive leadership roles at Start Network and the National Centre for Social Research (NatCen), where she founded and led NatCen International. Her work focuses on governance, philanthropy, migration, humanitarian reform and evidence-informed policy. Sherine holds a DPhil in International Development from the University of Oxford and serves as a Trustee of Protection Approaches.
