Ruth Simpson is the head of International Alert’s Conflict Hub. She provides guidance, training and support on conflict sensitivity and peacebuilding practice to a range of development and humanitarian partners. Ruth was previously Alert’s Country Director for Lebanon and led on conflict prevention and peacebuilding advisory services for the Middle East region.
