Mark Smith is co-director of the CIC Enable Ed which provides consultancy work to NGOs usually in the context of education and inclusion. He has worked in the sector for the past 20 years with the likes of IRC, Girls Education Challenge, the British Council and UK/US AID. He is also on the board of two small international charities and supports a number of others.
