Liubov Rainchuk is Programme and MEL Manager at World Jewish Relief, where she leads partner capacity strengthening and monitoring, evaluation and learning work across Eastern Europe. She is also a co-founder of Philanthropy in Ukraine and brings around ten years of experience in grant and programme management, due diligence and applied research in the nonprofit sector.
