Lena is Policy and Advocacy Adviser – Development Finance at Bond. Prior to starting her new role, she was policy communities coordinator, supporting various working groups on key thematic areas, with a particular focus on policy and advocacy.
Prior to joining Bond, Lena worked on Crisis Action’s South Sudan campaign and for the Syria Programme at Cara (Council for At-Risk Academics), convening national and international partners to strengthen collective responses to the crises.
