Kirsten is the director of knowledge and innovation at The Fred Hollows Foundation, one of Australia’s largest international development organisations. She leads a team of doctors, researchers, innovators and development specialists to discover and harness what works to end avoidable blindness, and innovate to extend the charity’s impact.

She is a qualified actuary and was a partner at PwC, and has experience of working in over 20 countries.
