Harpinder (Pin) Collacott is a senior social sector leader with more than 20 years’ experience in systems change, organisational transformation, international development, humanitarian action and social justice.
Pin is currently Chief Delivery Officer at Blue Ventures and will become CEO of SafeLives at the end of 2026. She is also Director of 4Thought Social Ventures, advising organisations and leaders on strategy, transformation, systems change and partnerships.
Previously, Pin led the Global Public Investment Network, helping to build a global coalition focused on developing a new approach to public finance. She has served as Executive Director for Mercy Corps Europe (now Prosper Global) and Chief Executive of Development Initiatives, where she led significant periods of organisational growth and transformation.
Pin has extensive governance experience and is currently Chair of SOS Children’s Villages UK. She has previously served as Vice-Chair of Bond, the UK network for organisations working in international development, and as a Trustee of WaterAid UK.
Throughout her career, Pin has worked across government, civil society, philanthropy and international institutions to address complex social challenges. She is particularly interested in how organisations and systems can shift power, tackle structural inequalities and ensure that people most affected by injustice play a central role in shaping change.
Pin is a graduate of the University of Cambridge and holds a postgraduate degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
