Hamish Higginson is an international education specialist with over 20 years of experience supporting education systems to become more inclusive, equitable, and effective. He has worked with governments, donors, and NGOs across Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and Europe to design and scale reforms in inclusive education, teacher professional development, and system strengthening. Currently Global Technical Lead for Inclusive Education at Sightsavers, Hamish is passionate about creating practical, evidence-based solutions that improve learning opportunities for all children, particularly those most at risk of exclusion.
