Eliguard Dawson is the country director for Digital Opportunity Trust, Tanzania, responsible for leading the strategy and direction of the organisation since he took up the post in 2014.
Eliguard is passionate about the use of technology as an enabler for solutions to tackle community’s most pressing challenges. He is also an East Africa Acumen Fellow, and an expert on social innovation and youth development.
