Dillon Kasson is an EU and Other Governments Adviser at Self Help Africa, where he supports proposal development, donor engagement, and programme delivery across a range of European and international funding streams. He has over nine years’ experience in the international development sector, with a strong focus on West Africa and private sector–led approaches to agricultural development. Dillon holds an MSc in Migration, Mobility and Development from SOAS University of London and works across English and French-speaking contexts. His work focuses on designing and delivering programmes that strengthen agrifood systems, support smallholder farmers, and catalyse inclusive private sector investment.
