Delphine Valette is a senior humanitarian advocacy and policy consultant. She has worked with several INGOs over the past 10 years including Humanity & Inclusion, IRC, CARE, and World Vision across different regions and contexts. She has also provided strategic support to UNICEF, the International Council of Voluntary Agencies (ICVA), Legal Action Worldwide and Justice Rapid Response. Her works primarily focuses on localisation and intersectionality in humanitarian action, the gendered impacts of conflict, child protection in emergencies, and access to justice for victims and survivors of human rights violations and international crimes. Delphine holds a PhD in Law from Bristol University.
