What’s happening at Party Conferences 2026
It’s party conference season once again – and with a new Prime Minister now in post, Reform’s finances under scrutiny, and an upcoming by-election that could see Green Party leader Zack Polanski into the Commons, it’s sure to be an interesting one.
And, for the international development and humanitarian sector, party conferences are also a key chance to engage politicians on the breadth of work we do and build on valuable partnerships across the sector.
Bond will be present at all the conferences in England, and we have pulled together a list of our and our members’ events and exhibition stalls. Please do add these to your itineraries, and do get in touch if you have an event you’d like us to add.

Panel event: The UK’s 2027 G20 Presidency: A Historic Opportunity to Fix the Financial System. This panel will set out Britain’s role as a global financial superpower and what’s at stake as we approach the UK’s 2027 G20 Presidency. Experts from government and civil society will make the case that, under Labour’s leadership, the G20 Presidency is a historic opportunity to build a less corrupt, fairer, and more functional global financial system that serves ordinary people, both at home and abroad. It will present a compelling and cost-free package of reforms – including to the structures that enable tax abuse, extraction, corruption, and unjust debt – to free up billions for development and climate action.

For the best part of the decade, Bond and the Labour Campaign for International Development have come together at Labour Party Conference to host a very special drinks reception and rally, bringing together ministers, parliamentarians, party members, and NGOs for an inspiring evening of ideas and discussion. This informal event gives us all the opportunity to step back and take stock of all the UK has achieved in the previous year, as well as discuss the global challenges ahead and the role the UK can play on the world stage.
