Campaign Award

The Campaign Award recognises creative fundraising, public engagement or advocacy campaigns that engage with international development in new and unusual ways.

Each campaign goes beyond the usual approaches – whether on or offline – to promote interesting and challenging voices and use communication channels creatively.

Winner

Orbis’s Vision for Zambia campaign raised more money than any previous campaign in its history, enabling the charity to fully fund a three-year project that aims to train 300 ophthalmic specialists, 760 health workers and screen 70,000 children in rural Zambia.

Finalists

This year’s finalists have created engaging campaigns that have motivated people to take action and build long-term support for international development.

Global Citizen

Global Citizen and CHIME FOR CHANGE’s She Will campaign gained over 100,000 online actions calling on leaders and decision makers to rally behind a shared plan that will ensure every girl has access to a quality education.

Restless Development

Restless Development’s youth-led network of HIV & AIDS-focused groups across the UK, Youth Stop AIDS, helped design the Missing Medicines campaign, changing the way a complex issue was understood.
