Answers to frequently asked questions regarding Bond's training courses.

How do I pay for my course?

You can pay online, with a credit or debit card. We cannot process any payments for course bookings by other payment methods.

Can I have an invoice/receipt for my records?

You will receive a booking confirmation when you book your place. This contains all the course information and price, which is usually sufficient information for expense claims and most accounting records. If you require a formal invoice, please email [email protected]

Can I have a VAT receipt?

VAT is not charged on training courses. The booking confirmation contains all the course information and price.

The course I want to attend is fully booked

We recommend booking on the next available course date. If you would like to be placed on a waiting list for an earlier course please email [email protected]. We will inform you if a place becomes available. If you have booked for a later date we can transfer your booking to the earlier date at your request.

There aren’t any dates for the course I want to attend

We publish our new programme with course dates for the next course year (April to March) in January each year. 

When will I receive joining instructions?

Joining instructions will be sent 1 week before the course.  

What time does my course start and finish?

The standard course timings are 10am-5.30pm with registration from 9.30am. Course times will be confirmed in the joining instructions 1 week before the course. 

I attended a course but haven’t received any post-course materials

The post-course materials are available via the dropbox link you received in your joining instructions. If you can’t access this link please email [email protected]

Am I entitled to a student/unemployed discount?

If you are a full-time student or unemployed and in receipt of unemployment benefits you will be eligible for a discounted place provided you can provide evidence of your status. You will pay the "Band 3" course fee. Email [email protected] with proof of your status (a valid student ID card or evidence of your unemployment benefits claim). If you are unable to provide the above evidence unfortunately we cannot offer you a discounted place.

Can I cancel or transfer my place?

Please email [email protected] if you wish to cancel or transfer your booking.

If you request a cancellation or transfer to an alternative course date 6 weeks or more before the course, you will receive a full refund.

If you request a cancellation or transfer to an alternative course between 2 and 6 weeks before the course, you will receive a refund of 50% of the course fee.

We do not refund your fee if you request a cancellation within 2 weeks of the course date, however you can transfer your booking to a colleague at no additional cost.
