Consortia often operate in dynamic contexts and face several challenges: political instability, conflicts, natural disasters and more recently the Covid-19 pandemic and funding uncertainties.
To ensure that they can maintain relevance and continue to deliver impact they must innovate and adapt their work.
Through two case studies, we explore the innovations and adaptations that the ACCESS and Inclusion Works consortia have taken in response to recent changing circumstances. As their work shows, varied skills, expertise, and resources along with a diverse range of partners can enable innovation.
These case studies have been produced as part of the Learning from Consortia programme.
