Following a series of anti-racism seminars for CEOs hosted by Bond and the subsequent formation of the Bond CEO Anti-Racism Working group, we asked three CEOs to take us through their progress on anti-racism within their organisation.

This is the Work: reimagining policy and advocacy

The Advocacy Team, Bond and Peace Direct have built on existing work to address racism and decolonise the system. This is the Work has been co-created with UK policy and advocacy staff with input from diaspora and low and middle income country communities. This webinar discusses how the resources were created and how they can be used.professionals, along with decision-makers, in open reflections on the challenges, opportunities, and their roles in driving change.

Justice-led approaches to global development

This document brings together two distinct contributions to discussions around justice-led approaches to international development: a ‘provocation’ commissioned by Bond and prepared by Priya Lukka, an economist specialising in repair-based approaches outcomes of the Bond workshop. It is a snapshot of an ongoing discussion and aims to present an initial surfacing of ideas, innovations and possibilities.
