Zoë is Executive Director of Communications and Engagement at the British Red Cross, where she is responsible for overseeing brand, profile and advocacy.

Before joining the British Red Cross, she led campaigns on behalf of vulnerable children at the UK's largest children’s charity, Barnardo's.

Zoe spent a decade in Whitehall, working in no less than four government departments as well as in parliament. Highlights including overseeing the Ministry of Justice’s first integrated on and off-line marketing campaign, and she also worked at the Foreign Office, leading the implementation of the government’s EU communication strategy.

Zoe started her career when she was elected as the Communications Officer for Manchester Student Union, and she is a self-proclaimed politics geek who also studied at the London School of Economics.
