Tom is one of the founding partners of Humankind Research, an agency specialising in human insight for social impact. He brings commercial qualitative research and consumer insight experience to the third sector, having previously been managing director of one of the biggest global market research agencies, and then taking on the leadership of their not-for-profit practice. He has worked on a wide range of briefs for charities of all sizes, including strategic comms work in the UK, fundraising product innovation, and understanding the lives and needs of beneficiaries to inform programmatic design.
