Terry has been working in the third sector for over 25 years mainly in the areas of disability, human rights and safeguarding. She has Safeguarding experience across a range of INGOs, Charities, Local Authority and NHS. focusing on supporting organisations to achieve an inclusive safeguarding compliance approach whilst installing ownership and a safeguarding culture throughout the organisation. She has worked with several INGOs and their partners with developing, facilitating and implementing safeguarding frameworks, policies, guidance and training and has experience in PSEA investigations both in the UK and overseas.
