Sophie Efange

Sophie Efange is a Black feminist of Ethiopian and Cameroonian heritage and is the Policy Manager at the Gender and Development Network – a UK based network of non-governmental organisations, academics and experts working to centre gender equality and women’s rights within international development discourse and practice. Her particular areas of expertise centre on the intersection between women’s rights and macroeconomic policy.
