Saranel Benjamin is the head of partnerships at Oxfam GB, where she leads the mandate to decolonize OGB’s partnerships and help build a racially just organization. She has been working in development for close to 30 years, first in South Africa in organisations that were recipients of international development aid; and then in the UK for INGOs who were donors to global south civil society organisations.
