Razane joined Oxford HR in 2018 after completing an assignment with UNDP Istanbul International Centre for Private Sector in Development in Turkey. She holds a bachelor’s degree in foreign service from Georgetown University’s campus in Doha, Qatar. She has worked on assignments to recruit senior-level candidates to work within the areas of water and sanitation, agriculture and agribusiness, humanitarian aid, advocacy, and economic development.

Assignments have included working with clients such as CARE USA, Hivos, Self Help Africa, Plan International, Generations for Peace, Islamic Development Bank, and African Development Bank to recruit for roles based in DRC, Ivory Coast, Afghanistan, Kenya, Lebanon, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, and across Europe.
