Monowara Gani has more than 16 years multi-sector experience in leading, developing and managing successful organisational strategies, particularly transformational strategies focusing on organisational impact balanced with the right business model/fit for purpose, whilst being cost effective and efficient.
Previously, she has been director of an INGO network and has experience of leading, developing and providing services including governance and organisational improvement for a diverse network of small, medium and large INGOs. She has extensive experience of campaigning and advocacy having previously been the executive director of a campaigning NGO on justice, equality, environment and poverty.
