Kit is Peace Direct’s UK Policy and Advocacy Manager, focussed on shifting power and resources to local peacebuilders and advancing locally led development. He is currently co-Chair of the Bond working group on donor policy and practice.
Previously, he worked as Bond’s policy lead on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the 2021 G7. Before that, he worked on international LGBT+ and minority rights, youth empowerment and the British Overseas Territories (BOTs), while living and working in Addis Ababa, Budapest, Glasgow and London. He holds an MPhil in Development Studies.
