Isabelle Persson is Senior Strategic and Commercial Partnerships Manager at Start Network, a network of 145 local, national and international organisations working in humanitarian response. She manages Start Network’s recently established team dedicated to strategic partnerships. She has previously worked in INGO partnership development, as well as for an advisory firm focused on international institution assurance, evaluation and consultancy. Isabelle has an MSc in International Development Studies. Start Network’s aim is to transform humanitarian action through innovation, fast funding, early action, and localisation.
