Graham is Bond’s Safeguarding and HR adviser, leading the coordination and delivery of Bond’s safeguarding work to secure sector-wide improvements in the quality and consistency of safeguarding in development assistance and humanitarian aid. Graham is also responsible for developing and delivering improvements to Bond’s internal HR policies and processes.
Graham has a background in safeguarding within the education and charity sector, previously working for a youth organisation that operated in the UK and overseas. Graham is an associate member of the CIPD.
