Anna is a senior HR professional with over 25 years’ experience at a senior level in organisational development in international NGOs, not-for-profit and commercial organisations. She is the Founder and Director of Hafton HR and a Fellow of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development). She is qualified in Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ), Belbin and is an Associate Member of the Association for Coaching. Her expertise is inspiring and leading organisational cultural change, directing corporate and HR strategy and planning together with complex organisational restructures ensuring that staff are engaged and informed from the very start. She has project managed cross-organisational working groups to deliver key strategic goals within demanding timeframes and budgets.
