Alexia Deleligne is head of performance and evaluation at Brooke. She has worked in the development and humanitarian sector for the past 14 years, including at the International Labour Organisation (ILO), WWF International and Action Against Hunger. Alexia specialises in planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) and has a passion for gender equality.
At Brooke, Alexia manages a team of MEAL advisors and a team developing an IT system for data collection and analysis. She has led the development of Brooke’s evaluation policy and Theory of Change.
