Hafton HR works primarily with international and local charities and businesses to provide senior level HR expertise in all aspects of HR management. This includes  change management, organisational reviews, bespoke training & facilitation, competency frameworks, advising on pay and reward, and HR Policy as well as facilitating team building and development. We also handle difficult grievances and disciplinary issues.  Hafton HR will keep you, the client abreast of changes in employment law through our twice-yearly update.
