This report, written with input from over 50 of our members and 9 networks, builds on Bond’s 2019 SDG report and looks at the impact Covid-19, cuts to UK aid and other emerging threats are having on the UK’s ability to deliver the SDGs and leave no one behind.
Covid-19 and the growing threats of climate change and conflict have knocked back hard-earned progress on the SDGs. We are concerned about the UK’s lack of action on the SDGs. It is three years since the UK government presented its Voluntary National Review (VNR) to the UN High-Level Political Forum, but we are yet to see any meaningful progress on the commitments made back then.
Our new report shows where the government needs to make progress if it is to deliver on its commitment to the SDGs and leave no one behind.
