Kath Qualtrough appointed as Bond’s new director of finance and people

Kath Qualtrough will be joining Bond in October as their new director of finance and people following her work with the refugee charity Safe Passage International, where she led their HR and finance functions during the lockdown period.

Kath has been working across the NGO and charity sector for over 20 years and has held various senior finance roles including at Greenpeace and at the Wellcome Trust, having moved into the sector following her ACA training with PricewaterhouseCoopers in London. She has a particular interest in programme finance and has run training on the FMDPro qualification with Humentum in the Middle East, as well as leading EC contract management training for Christian Aid in Latin America and for WaterAid in Southern Africa.
