Victoria is Founder and President at Seenaryo, a non-profit specialising in theatre and play-based learning with under-served communities in the Arab region. She was previously Seenaryo’s CEO for 10 years. Prior to her work with Seenaryo, Victoria was Executive Director of the New York-based economic development non-profit SEAL (Social & Economic Action for Lebanon). She is a Trustee of the feminist Syrian organisation Women Now for Development.
