Urmila Shrestha, an activist, currently working as an Executive Director at Tewa. The only women’s fund of Nepal, who is continuously trying to bring changes in lives of women  who struggling with poverty, marginalized and injustice through her work . She has been associated at Tewa since 2004 A.D. Started her career as an volunteer program officer at Tewa, she strongly encourage others for local resource mobilization for sustainable development her dedication and hard work has brought her to this position today. She also played a major role at the time of post-Earthquake to lead the recover and rebuilding works and also motivated team.  She also worked as a program officer in Makwanpur Chamber of Commerce and Industry for 4 years (1998-2002). She has completed her master In MPA from TU.
