Tony Dzidzinyo Kwesi Dogbe is Executive Director of Sabre Education in Ghana, an international NGO that has been providing quality early childhood education since 2004. Sabre partners with the Ghanaian government to transform and scale early learning through play-based education, impacting policy, teacher training, and classroom environments. Joining Sabre in 2020, Tony’s relationship with the organisation dates to 2012 when he and the Sabre team led the development of Ghana’s Kindergarten Operation Plan. As a seasoned social development expert and former Managing Director of Participatory Development Associates, Tony brings over 32 years of experience in strengthening communities and advancing impactful educational programmes for young learners across Ghana.
