Stella Duque founded Taller de Vida in 1994. She holds a Psychology degree with Post Graduate qualifications in Systemic Family Therapy, Therapeutic Arts and Psychosocial Support in Socio-political violence contexts.
Stella and other women directly affected by the Colombian armed conflict (violence survivors) left their communities of origin and decided to work in support of boys, girls, young people and communities affected by violence and the armed conflict in Colombia. Stella has dedicated her life to support and work with those most vulnerable, internally displaced, families of kidnapped and disappeared and members of armed groups.
