Srishti Jayana

Srishti Jayana is a Communication and Documentation Officer working at Tewa, a women’s fund in Nepal that is promoting community philanthropy to raise funds and support grassroots women’s organizations in Nepal. She is a gender activist who is also pursuing her Masters in Gender studies from Tribhuvan University. She believes that everyone despite their gender should be treated equally in every aspect. In addition to her primary job functions, she is recognized for taking leadership in any extra projects. She has a strong knowledge in creating contents, proposal writing and communications. She is also a Founder and co-owner of a business Macramé Laced.
