Sabrina de Souza is a strategic policy and campaigns leader with over a decade of experience in international development, spanning advocacy, strategic communications, campaigning and grant-making. She is currently Director of Policy, Advocacy and Campaigns at Project Everyone, where she leads the organisation’s integrated influencing and communications strategy to advance the Sustainable Development Goals.
Her work bridges policy influence with narrative change — designing and directing global campaigns that connect grassroots activism with high-level decision-making. Sabrina has worked across philanthropic institutions, advocacy networks and creative agencies, with a focus on gender equality, global health and the rights of women and girls. She has engaged governments, multilateral institutions and civil society partners across the UK and globally, helping to shape agendas and mobilise action in diverse contexts.
