Ryan Borcherding is Head of Methodology and Training at Theatre for a Change (TfaC). Since joining TfaC in 2006, he has spearheaded the organisation’s scale strategy into 18 countries through training projects with partners including UNICEF, Google, IPPF, Oxfam and VSO. Ryan also led the set-up of TfaC’s signature Tisinthe! interactive radio drama programme, which launched in Malawi in 2011 and remains on national airwaves to this day. Ryan is a trained actor and New York award-winning playwright, and a graduate of UCLA’s School of Theatre, Film and Television in Los Angeles, California.
