Rebecca Sinclair is the co-founder of FIND. She has worked in international development for over 10 years in various roles relating to programme quality and impact. Rebecca is currently the head of large and complex programmes at Christian Aid, focused on the design and oversight of multi-country, restricted funded humanitarian and development programmes.
