Najib is an expert in peacebuilding, economic development, and business and human rights. He has over 10 years of experience in human rights advocacy, peacebuilding, research, and programme management.
Najib is currently the senior policy advisor for UNICEF UK on International development finance. He is the policy lead engaging public and private development actors on child rights in international development. Previously, Najib held different positions in the international development, human rights and peacebuilding sectors.
Najib holds an M.Phil. in Conflict Resolution and Reconciliation from Trinity College Dublin, a PGDip in Philosophy and Theology from the University of Oxford, and a BSc in Geology from the University of Aleppo.
