Matt Jackson

Matt Jackson is an experienced consultant, facilitator and strategist. He has held senior roles in programmes, partnerships, grant-making and advocacy at Comic Relief, Scope, Oxfam, and the YMCA. With Impact Works he has worked on strategy development, transformation projects, programme and impact design processes and facilitated workshops, focus groups and interviews; always making processes human-centred, imaginative and accessible.  In senior leadership roles at Oxfam and Scope he led complex strategic and organisational change processes. He is a research associate with Institute of Voluntary Action research and as Co-Chair of ADD International led them through a significant transformation process.
