Mark Barrell is the Head of Advocacy and Influencing at CBM UK. Prior to joining them he lived in Maputo, Mozambique and Kampala, Uganda where he was involved in locally led access to justice programmes. He was recently part of the CBM UK team at COP26 where the organisation has observer status and helped author the DDG Disability Inclusion in Climate Action briefing paper.
