Lorraine Wapling

With a PhD in inclusive education and having worked for more than 30 years in international development, Lorraine Wapling is a highly experienced evaluation specialist and researcher. She leads complex evaluations, designs and applies participatory and qualitative research methodologies, and delivers monitoring, evaluation and learning capacity-building across low-income contexts. Her work spans global agencies – including the FCDO, WHO, UNICEF, UNESCO, ILO, WFP, Ford Foundation – and she provides consistent technical leadership on disability and social inclusion from an intersectional perspective.
