Lizi leads Blue State's global Strategy & insights team, and global fundraising practice, ensuring all work is grounded in a firm understanding of  audience attitudes, behaviours and societies. She’s been blending psychology and digital innovation to drive impact for over 17 years. She’s worked with clients including UNICEF, International Rescue Committee, The UN Refugee Agency, Plan International, Oxfam, Google, the NHS, Marie Curie Care and the Movember Foundation.

Lizi holds an MSc in NGO Management from Cass Business School's Centre for Charity Effectiveness, a graduate diploma in Social Sciences from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a BA in Digital Design. She also holds an MSc in Cognitive Neuroscience, where she explored how our biases impact how we process information about social change, and how to harness our biases to improve the effectiveness of creative campaigns.
