Katie Lee-Brooks co-leads Fauna & Flora’s Conservation Design & Impact team. Whilst having joint oversight for the team’s functions, Katie focuses on design & impact at organisational level. This includes the annual production of Fauna & Flora’s Conservation Impact Report, which brings together information from across all projects to demonstrate how we are delivering and progressing tangible gains for nature. Linked to this, Katie works to ensure that knowledge exchange and learning at an organisational scale are harnessed and applied to support impactful conservation. Since joining Fauna & Flora in 2013, Katie has led work to embed practical solutions related to how the organisation designs its conservation work and understands impact. Katie holds an MSc in Marine Environmental Management from the University of York and has worked in applied marine conservation initiatives in a range of countries.
