Jess has dedicated her professional career to Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) since studying Conservation Science at Imperial College London. Jess is currently a Technical Specialist in MEL at Fauna & Flora, where she has been based for the past 7 years. In her current role, Jess leads Fauna & Flora’s institutional impact reporting process, working to collect, analyse and interpret impact information from over 120 projects, and share learning widely both internally and externally. Jess’ work at Fauna & Flora builds on several years of project management experience in marine conservation in Greece and Fiji, where she worked closely with coastal communities, conducted biological data collection, and delivered training on marine monitoring methods.
