Jen is a strategic People Consultant with over 15 years’ experience in the third sector. She has substantial experience in single-handedly creating, leading and implementing strategic people plans that support organisational goals both within the UK’s charity sector and international NGOs.
She has a strong passion and commitment for the work of Bond in bringing key actors in the International Development and Aid sector together to review, report on and support charities and INGOs with their day-to-day operations. Her time at the British Red Cross, Restless Development and now working at International Budget Partnership has allowed her to gain a deep understanding of international humanitarian aid and the complexities of working in fragile and vulnerable communities. She enjoys supporting BOND by participating in the People Committee and supporting the work of the People team.
